The rules of the game
Do we need to install anything?
No. Ludofacile runs in a browser, on the front-desk PC, a tablet or a smartphone. A USB or Bluetooth scanner is enough, or simply the phone's camera.
Will our volunteers cope?
Yes, that's the whole point. Screens are designed to be picked up quickly, and the volunteer role is limited to loans, returns and attendance, so nothing can be misconfigured.
We use Kawa: will we have to relabel our games?
No. The migration keeps your games' ID numbers. We take over your data, clean it up and train you for half a day.
Are we tied in for several years?
No. The subscription is monthly, billed annually, with no multi-year commitment. Your data can be exported at any time.
We have several locations, does that cost extra?
No, multi-site is included in the core plan: stock per location, statistics per location and unlimited users.
Where is our data hosted?
In France, with a daily backup. That matters when you handle data about families and minors.

From a family signing up to the annual-meeting report, every step takes a few clicks, often a single beep.

A family signs up
A simple scan of the sign-up QR code lets the member register and create a record for themselves and their children. No double entry, no typing mistakes: name, address, phone and so on, plus membership and deposit, are recorded once and for all.
Turn 2
Lending in two beeps
Scan the member card, then the game, with a barcode scanner or a smartphone camera. Expired membership or overdue loan? Ludofacile tells you right away.
Turn 3
Returns, box checked
On return, the box contents are displayed so you can check them. A piece is missing? Flag it and the game's condition is updated.

Reminders send themselves
Overdue loans, memberships about to expire: emails go out automatically, with no export or copy-paste.
